Lens comes out of the Beyond M&A practice. Every workstream, request library and index score in the product exists because a deal team needed it on an engagement and had nowhere sensible to put it.
Why we built it
The tooling never matched the work
Diligence ran in spreadsheets, integration ran in a different tool, and the evidence behind the most important conclusions lived in inboxes. Handovers lost context, and no two deals were comparable. Lens exists to keep one structure — and one evidence trail — across the whole lifecycle.
